How did I go so long without mentioning this site?? I’m a big internet slacker, huh? You can find all sorts of videos here, from infomercials like WCI culinary videos to cute kid vids. You can search videos you may like through tags, or you can surf by channels.
It goes without saying that all those videos got there by being uploaded by internet users just like us. Getting an account is relatively quick and painless, and then you can be a star like me! Yes, I have a couple there, but I;m leaving it up to you to find them. I’ll give you a hint though: Garth Brooks.

We all like to think our computers are safe, don’t we? We also like to think we are too smart to click on something that will give us a virus or trojan horse, too. But the folks who code that junk are getting smarter everyday, and sooner or later, and maybe even by accident, that click will happen. Software Security Solutions has researched the available products for each type of threat, and bundled them into one package. That way, you get the layered protection you need on one package. I’m sorry that I am not cyber-savvy enough to explain just what’s in there, but I am savvy enough to know that you need security software, so go check this out.

Oh, I was got and got good tonight. I saw this neat thing on Fickle Food, and I have to tell you…it’s totally not what you will think it is, and that’s all I’m sayin’. Go check it out for yourself.

Now that you’ve found a lower rate interest card, and learned how to avoid debt traps, it might be time to consider investing. Precious metals are hot right now, and I don;t mean just because it’s summer, either, LOL! Buying gold has been recognized for centuries as one of the best ways to preserve one’s wealth and purchasing power and today, gold coins can help balance and diversify your investment portfolio. Whether you choose the $50 American eagle gold coins or other denominations, make sure you find a dealer with competitive precious metals prices. You know the drill: buy low, sell high.

I’m getting it together. I’m going through my drafts folder and weeding it out. A lot of the posts belong somewhere else, and so I am putting them where they belong. I’ve got so much stuff in there that I can’t find the stuff that actually belongs here. I guess today’s neat thing is having an abundance of post ideas.

I have been in an army surplus store exactly once in my life, and it was fascinating. I’ve been in the army and they had stuff in that store I had never even seen. Now I’ve seen one online, and thought it was neat enough to share here. At Army Navy mall, you’ll find cool military gear, and other cool stuff as well.
They have plenty of camouflage camping gear and also survival books. If you have a military or camping enthusiast (read that BOY) on your gift list, do yourself and them a favor, and stop here. This girly-girl saw a few things seh’d interested in, too 😉

So, from now on, when I need to talk about something like IBM memory, that probably doesn’t qualify as “neat”, I’ll do it on Saturday. Monday through Friday, all neat, all the time, at least to me. Saturday, who knows? They say you get what you pay for, and reading the blog is still free. Writing it, however, is another story all together.
I like to think that most of the time, I manage the keep the posts on this blog pretty interesting, and appropriate. Occasionally, I fail and I’m certain that some of the things I find neat are not your cup of tea at all. RFI Shielding, for instance, is not a subject that most people find incredibly cool. Yet, it’s a thing that I need to mention.

As a blog writer, you know I love readers. I want them to come here, but I don’t know to help them find me. This site is so varied in it’s content that it’s hard to develop a comprehensive search engine optimization plan for it, and yet, I know that most people find new blogs through search engines. I was reading today that over 80% of internet users search with google, and I know I personally use them daily. If I find a blog that interests me, I’ll most likely bookmark it or subscribe to the feed. Now that happens regularly on my other sites, but not so much here, and I have to think it’s because of a lack of cohesiveness on this blog.
I’m not planning to change the blog, because I like it, and so , apparently, do a few other people. So, here’s my question: how would YOU go about SEO for this site if it were yours?

I may never look at a PBJ in quite the same way again, because research on bread indicates that………….Bread is Dangerous This site is good for a laugh, and it’s a pretty quick read. Enjoy! Just don’t make a sandwich first.

As a mom to many children, I think jewelry that shows mothers and children is beautiful. Here’s a piece I found on a page of Catholic medals. Whenever I see it, it reminds me of the spinning game, and how fun it feels to just hold hands and go around and around. Do you remember how that felt like flying?

Here is mathematical proof that indeed,
Girls are evil. I just wish someone would come up with one that said “boys are mean”. Seems only fair, right?
