Six Neat Things

If you like true crime type stuff, here’s a neat site for you. The Los Angeles Criminal Attorney Blog | California Criminal Defense Lawyers Forum talks about current criminal cases (read that Phil Specter), defense strategies and other items of interest in California. This post on the medical marijuana issue is particularly good, and details some of the issues faced there by folks who are in compliance with California law, but in violation of federal law.

FTR, this blogger considers that marijuana legislation is best left to the individual state, as it is not mentioned in the Constitution.

There is a lot of food for thought here. Libertarian Quotes is a great place to spend a few minutes. I’m not surprised to see that the site is put together by the LP of Boulder County, Colorado. The Libertarian Party is pretty big in CO. Libertarian or not, these are things we need to think about.
