I am sure, if you pay for your own insurance, you have noticed that they are crazy, crazier, craziest and just keep climbing. I have a personal theory that the main reason companies go with temp employees is to avoid health insurance costs. Not benefits in general, like that claim, but health insurance specifically.

I seriously think the only people who could really afford the health insurance are the ones who work at a job that pays for it, and then of course, they don’t have to pay for it, it’s a benefit.
